We can ship to virtually any address in Australia based on Australia Post coverage. We can also ship to International destinations but shipping needs to be confirmed with us prior to you making your order. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

All prices displayed on this website exclude shipping costs and are in Australian Dollars. When you Check Out of our online store through our Shopping Cart you will be asked to calculate postage based on Australia Post calculations of weight and size. A calculator is provided to help determine postage costs.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping/shopping cart page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilogram.
We try and dispatch orders within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
If a product is out of stock we will try and notify you within 48 hours (2 business days). If a back order is required a delivery date will be forwarded to you once we receive the item.
Overseas deliveries will be based on the service and provider chosen. This may incur a timeframe of between 7 days and 28 days depending on size and weight.
Customer Service Policy
Pro-Diving Services Pty Ltd is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We make every effort to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct.
However due to human error and unforeseen circumstances sometimes products and deliveries are out of our control.
Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-7 business days (location dependent); in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different to the product described on the website.
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
